Fallen Paktya Leader set the example for service to country

It is a sad day when a man such as this is gunned down by the enemy. His name is Gov. Taniwal, and he was governor of Paktya province. He has been a very loyal and dedicated civil servant, and he will be sorely missed. He did, however, leave behind a very good role model. A model that will make Afghanis proud.
