Delay in war funds will hurt Military readiness, morale Says Bush
WASHINGTON, April 3, 2007 - Further congressional delay in forwarding an appropriate emergency war spending bill to the White House will damage military readiness and morale as well as endanger the nation, President Bush told reporters today at a White House news conference. ... “Members of Congress say they support the troops.
